An effective and efficient Value Chain is crucial to the success of our business.  Here at Mack we constantly strive to operate in the most optimal manner so that waste in the chain is reduced.   We view the chain in its entirety and therefore the planning & logistics functions are intense and highly detailed parts of our teams’ activities.  Whether that be within the business units or centrally in Warehousing, Transport & Distribution, day to day or season to season, our efforts are directed at simplification and streamlining.  We deliver a very large proportion of our produce to customers directly from our growing partners in Europe and UK, and the balance is handled through product focused facilities in Kent, Worcestershire, Lincolnshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.
