Mack Bananas started trading in 1990 filling the role of 'independent importer and ripeners'. Bananas are imported from a variety of ACP and Dollar sources direct into the UK and packed to specific customer requirements. Strong supporters of Fairtrade suppliers, the business also supplies organic, apple bananas and plantains qnd has its own successful brand - Mack Premium.
Mack Multiples has three banana ripening centres: two at Paddock Wood in Kent and another at Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Mack Pineapples
Pineapples are imported year round from Central America, South America and West Africa, allowing Mack to supply both conventional and organic fruit to the retail and food processing sectors.
